I was in this store trying to print a single photo today at 4pm 20/4/23 3 staff members seemed to be in their own world when I asked the guy at the front if they print 6 x 4 photos he said yes but apologised because he said its Friday and nearly the end of the day didn't really seem to care avoid shopping here! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I spent 15mins on their photo kiosk and staff were too busy to help

Literally just walked in today at 5:15pm on March 17th. Just got off work, in office attire; 3 employees in the store, not greeted and no one asked if I needed help. Might I mention, I’m the only one in the store. A couple walked, instantly greeted and asked what they could be helped with it. Guess what they were?! White. Thought I left racism back in America.

Good camera shop with a wide selection of cameras and lenses, including a section of used equipment. Photo processing is also available (including old school film - not cheapest in town, but handy location). There is also a pretty good assortment of associated equipment like tripods, filters, batteries , chargers, and camera bags.

went there to take passport photos and came out with shadows on certain areas of the face. Staff did not want to retake them, only photoshopped the darker areas with shadows to a bit lighter, however shadow can still be seen. Only went because officeworks at Garden City does not offer passport photos. Don't come for passport photos, not worth it.
