You're sure to find something in this large, well set out store. Even if you didn't know you needed it. Plenty of parking available out the front and a small carpark out the back if not. Wheelchair access is manageable. Well worth a trip. Be sure to have a chat with the ladies at the register, they're super lovely.

Consistently awful customer service and unfortunately some scoffable prices (charging more than big W for a big W top for example...). It's a lovely spacious store though.

Not a welcoming place considering its purpose.Very rude to my 4 yr old who was of course looking at toys which was a problem for the shop assistant.I wonder how others are treated when they shop there...

Never had an issue until today, went up to the counter to buy 2 dolls for my family members that did not have a price on them, once they checked and told me that they came with a car, I walked over to get the car and found another woman already picking up said car so one of the workers took the dolls out of my hands and said that she was giving them to that woman instead. I think what the worker did was rude, and there was a nicer way to go about it, especially since I had the items first.

Mum and I popped in to Vinnies at Kurri Kurri last week...visiting the Hunter Valley for mum's 95th Birthday.Gorgeous ROSE of Vinnies presented mum (Edie) with a beautiful bunch of roses she had bought herself to brighten up the shop.What a wonderful gesture...made mum's day...thanks so much Rose, you're a star....Raylene Holz, Kiama
