A good old fashioned gym. No frills. Everything works and you never have to wait for equipment as the clientele are a bit older and don't just sit on the machines and play with their phones or linger in packs of 5 and take selfies of themselves working out or posing in the mirror.

Edit : lots of helpful renovations, new ceiling in group classrooms area, renovated bathrooms, it's a whole lot better.Original: I've been going to this place for years. It's not beautiful but it is tidy, convenient and has all I need for health.

Obnoxious classes that ruin an entire neighbourhoods morning multiple times a week by blaring music. Live up the road and it sounds like it’s in my bedroom. Get it together and stop being so inconsiderate.
