I had a fantastic experience getting a passport photo for my 15 month old here. My bub isn't the calmest or most compliant toddler out there, and is not keen on either lying down or standing, but the excellent staff managed to take the perfect passport photo within two minutes.They then took five minutes to walk me through the trickier bits of the application form, which directly resulted in me being able to successfully submit my application on my first go. At first I actually went to another post office to send my passport application, however the staff there doesn’t know the latest up-to-date, and the most important thing is they don’t listen to my explanation.
