Wanted to buy my wife a necklace - and the ladies couldn’t have been more helpful! They asked all the right questions when helping me choose a piece of jewellery. I especially appreciate that the business operates by appointment only & definitely think this allowed for 100% customer focus and a personalised shopping experience without other people in store. Can I congratulate you on a fantastic customer service experience! I got a call from a delightful lady to let me know that my order was being processed. This was on about Wednesday prior to Mother's Day.When I mentioned that it was a Mother's Day gift, the caller listened, and offered to go out to the factory and try to expedite the engraving etc and ship the ring in the hope that we would get it by then.I did not expect to have the ring by Mother's Day and didn't even ask for any special treatment.The package arrived on the Friday, I'm a hero to my daughter and on Mother's Day she was able to give Mum the ring.Thank you so much. The most enjoyable customer service I have found in a long time. I would recommend Lannah Dunn to anyone. Please pass on my thanks to the team.

It was my birthday and my husband wanted to buy me a quality piece and was prepared to spend quite a bit on the chosen piece. My daughter and I went inside to look. Beautiful pieces. Unfortunately the staff leave a little to be desired. Whilst the girl was busy serving, we were prepared to wait, there was no smile or acknowledgement and when my daughter asked for help she said I am busy.The other lady was busy doing bookwork at the till. Lannah Dunn you have missed out on my business, because your staff are rude, which is a shame as you have lovely unique pieces.

The staff are very personable and engaging. The Black Onyx jewellery is beautiful, but the vintage selection is absolutely wonderful.

Never have I experienced such bad customer service. Won’t give you the time off day. Wouldn’t even let us in the door in there trading hours. Will look you up and down and come to a conclusion you’re not worth it. Rude, snobby would never recommend.
