I would give them a zero star if I could. Atrocious experience the last time I used them and mediocre the other times. When 2 of my staff and 2 family members who lives in the areas that the flyers were meant to be distributed advised me they didn't get a flyer in their mailbox I decided to bring it up with Julie (the business owner), it didn't go down well! She asked me if I had the addresses in question and when I said I did, she acted in the most unprofessional manner, offered me no explanation other than excuses- it could be blown away, it could be snatched out of the box by a competing company... But what is a chance of this happening to 2 of our staff members and their families? Ridiculous. For a customer who has spent a lot of money with them and have used them many times I'd expect a bit more decency in the way I was treated. The saying 'a fish rots from the head down' rings true for this business, their office staff told me to get the flyers in before their cutoff time or pay her overtime to meet our deadlines- a simple 'not possible' would've been fine. If you want your flyers distributed, if you want transparency and be kept in the loop throughout the process, be treated with respect, then please look elsewhere. I hope this review will help you save a whole heap of headache and thousands of $$.
