Justa Smash Repairs

Peter and the team are old school tradesman panel beaters and painters.I have had 3 repairs to my own cars and they delver absolutely fantastic work.Highly recommended, especially prestige cars.

Received horrible service, had our car for 2 months and nothing was done to it. No calls to let us know what was happening. Finally told us we needed a new battery gave them the go ahead and 2 weeks later we had to call because we never heard from them. Still the car had not been touched. Decided to get it towed somewhere else now they are charging us $500 for the original tow from castle hill to seven hills. And now want to charge us storage fee. Tried calling 6 times one day and no one answered decided to go in person myself to see what was happening and the man that served me was so rude. Will never be coming back and do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

Very poor customer service has been highlighted once again as evident in the other reviews. I went in to get a quote for a minor repair and the staff was very rude and not welcoming at all! Eventually he told me to F*** Off"! Very arrogant and abusive! I would not recommend this place to anyone at all!"

Top guys, have always done quality work for my dad and I. Would not take my cars anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Very rude and unprofessionalI went to Justa smash repairs for a quote. When the old gentleman heard that it is not insurance job, he seemed not interested. He said to me to go other place. He didn't allow me to speak. He was very rude and arrogant. I'll not recommend Justa Smash repairs to anyone.
