Dom was great, listened and was helpful.However Justin was dismissive and rude, has poor customer service skills and would rather complain about my car brand than talk to me professionally about my wheel alignment. His comments to me were obtuse and dismissive of my safety. To make it worse I even heard him complaining about another client while I was waiting. Very unprofessional behaviour.Avoid dealing with Justin when going into Pt Adelaide. His poor people skills are unprofessional and disappointing.My tires are good, and I'm happy with them. But sadly the wheel alignment is not. And I will need to get it corrected as it has been drifting to the left since I got the wheel alignment done.(I have filed a complaint with Bridgestone about Justin and my wheel alignment.)

Bridgestone at port Adelaide personell staff and management are top class they are fair and honest I would recommend them to anyone who has had bad past experiences with mechanics like I have these guys are very genuine, they even show you the parts they replace so much positives about port Adelaide Bridgestone that I'm so happy that I went there to just replace tyres now they have become my mechanics for life thats how much I rate them. To me personally the best in Adelaide.

Booked in for wheel alignment yesterday, they were able to fit me in today. Didn't have me on hold for 10 minutes like the 2 other service centres did before calling Bridgestone. When I gave the gentleman the keys at the front I mentioned that the car is making a rattle sound and if they could figure out what it is I'd appreciate it. 5 minutes later the wheel aligner took me out the back and gave me a run down of things that were due to be replaced in my car and what's making the rattling noise. 10/10 service and great customer service. Thank you

It was a while ago, but.... They failed to correctly attach the half shaft on my 2005 Golf, it came loose and destroyed my gear box. I was in the hole for a $5000 repair. The worst part was, I noticed the wobble and took it back to them immediately, and they 'fixed' the issue. But it came loose again 6 months later. This was ~5 years ago, so hopefully they have changed mechanics.
