The united servo is good but as for the rude staff in the Big rock roadhouse. Disgraceful language, the schnitzel I paid $5 for had been cut in half and wouldn't feed a beafrin. Do not recommend eating from my there better off buying from the subway or the servo.

Consistently bad customer service. Went to get fuel and were closed 5 minutes before their listed closing time, refused to turn pumps on. If they didn't sell E85 certainly would be avoiding! Terrible.

On Thursday 7th Jan at around 5pm, I poped in to by some petrol and Pies, purchased 6 pies and Big sausage roll with 7 tomato sause capsules and asked are the pies on special 2 for $8 dollars, the getlmen said yes and put the sing up on top of the counter, punched up all the figures and asked to scan the card.Well this morning on my Bank statment I was billed for the full amount for the pies at $6.50 each Totaling $50.50 cent instead of $35.50.Very disaponted and I wont be comming back to purchase eather Petrol or the Pies.

Pie face Virginia team, Please learn how to make a Hot Chocolate, every-time I have ever ordered one you simply give a warm cup of milk? that is not hot chocolate, its meant to taste of chocolate and be brown, instead three times now its been a white warm flavorless cup of milk. They do however at least sell good pies.

Just bought $86 worth of fuel. Still could not use the toilets. Service station attendant was also rude and not actively listening to my answers to the questions HE asked me.

To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. My girlfriend and I went inside United Virginia to grab a snack only to be overcharged for a product that scanned up “too cheap”. With support of the ACC, how can a single product be manually changed by the register operator after being scanned up for much less??

The pumps are very quiet but the pump I used was very slow. The store is large and has a extensive range of convenience items and fast food. The cashier was very friendly and genuinely concerned when I mentioned the pump was very slow.

I used to always fill up here in the morning on the way to work.recently I have noticed all their fuel prices are way higher in the morning and then back down in the arvo.You just lost a loyal customer, BP and shell are both very close and have cheaper fuel.
