Laser Clinics Australia - Burwood Westfield

I went to Burwood LCA yesterday my appointment was 10:50 but because it's traffic i arrived at 11:05 in the clinic i asked the receptionist if i can still do my appointment but she said NO and told me i need to re-schedule my appointment straight away w/o any other option i know u have rules but sometime due to uncontrolled circumstances you will be late you guys need to have little consideration.I already paid 44.99$ for my treatment I received an email says my treatment was used (for no show). Which i did but 10-15 mins late. So basically u cannot purchase a treatment online because if your late 10-15 mins late they won't accept you and used your purchased treatment without asking. How cruel. It is very unfair. I went home no treatment my purchase was gone. And she told me they cannot do anything about it and told me to message their head office. I am very disappointed.

Very disappointed in LaserClinics Australia Burwood branch. I have been a customer for over 10 years and my mother for ~3 years and the hired staff here are unprofessional, very rude, lack common sense and basic human qualities.Complaint number 1: My mother went today for her laser appointment and she was 10 minutes late because of unexpected traffic and they would not squeeze her in - which is absolutely ridiculous! She was not late intentional!! She was there for a facial laser hair removal which only takes 5 minutes... so you're telling me that you could not fit in a person for 5 minutes?! She tried to ring multiple times and she could not get through because your reception desk is primarily unattended - again VERY unprofessional. You're providing a service, and there are a lot of people that would wait 5 minutes for something... people wait for everything! whether it be another beauty service or any form of appointment.Complaint number 2: Cancellation policy is that you have to cancel before 48 hours or there is a cancellation fee - fair. Text reminders for appointments are sent at the 48 hour mark.... so how is that fair? Clients are going to forget appointments, and unexpected things are going to happen... you NEED to give your customers at LEAST 72 hours to cancel an appointment otherwise they are going to loose their money. You do not know everyone circumstance, some people may not be able to afford regular laser therapy but need to save up for months because this is a bigger issue than just hair removal - its a confidence booster which in turn improves mental health. Because of your thoughtlessness and reduced common sense in making this policy along with sending text reminders, my mother lost the full cost of one of her treatments.Complaint number 3: I live in-between states, and I always pre-purchase my treatments and had quite a few pre-paid treatments at burwood. They are well aware of this because 1. I have told them 2. Because they can see where I have received treatments from. The last time I went they had told me that my treatments had expired and requested that as my circumstances are different can you please extend them. They said no. However, previously they had extended them? what is this?Complaint number 4: They have also burnt my mother a few times and did not admit it was their fault.The staff at Burwood need to be retained or hire better staff. I am not happy at all.

Worst laser clinic I have been to so far generally, I've been to at 6.... But not all bad.Rooms are cold and tiny, no chairs to put your stuff, so you have to put it on the floor in some of them.Girls are nice as I could tell.Service for laser was rushed and patchy, had to request to go over certain spots again.One service was changed because it would not work on me and she was very honest and also helped me out, which was really nice. She then booked me a treatment that is on special online (I saw later ..) but she made it seem like she gave me half price for it, which it was not. Meh.I can't tell if the facial was done proper or not as it was my first one, could have felt better sometimes even hurt, seemed also not very thorough (blackhead removal).All in all it was a bit of a mixed bag.

I’ve been going here for years! The girls are so friendly and welcoming and always provide me with top quality services. Bella has been looking after my laser for months and I couldn’t be happier! She always makes me feel comfortable. I highly recommend LCA for all your beauty needs.

I have been going to the clinic for years and always feel so comfortable going here. All the girls are amazing especially Sam and Bella!! Super friendly girls and great customer service. The girls work really hard to accomodate my busy schedule and always seem to find an appointment for me. I’ve seen fantastic results ever since Sam started doing my treatments and have encouraged all my friends to see her! Have also had a few facials done and they have been amazing too. Would highly recommend!

I highly recommend the Laser Clinic Burwood! I've been undergoing laser hair removal there for a while now, and I've been amazed by the results. After just 2 sessions, I could already see a significant reduction in hair growth. I can say that the laser hair removal treatment is very effective, I also noticed an improvement in my skin texture.All the staff is super nice, especially Bella, she's an excellent professional, friendly and efficient. Just keep in mind that the clinic is quite busy, so it's important to arrive on time and be considerate. They always find a way to accommodate appointment changes, but it's essential to be respectful on their schedule. Overall, I recommend this clinic to anyone who wants to get rid of unwanted hair and improve their skin.
