Great ride for those have basic horse riding skills to more advanced I went as a advanced rider and had lots of canter time was great fun friendly group that seam to know each other a bit Highly recommend for those looking for a trail ride who have horses not suited to trails

I went for my first ride at Mt Doran Trail rides. it was great. so peaceful, beautiful forest and the horses we amazing . The horses were fit, quiet and suited to all rider skills. I haven't ridden in 10 years but it took no time to gain my confidence back. Melva and Brian were first class hosts. I instantly felt welcome and I will definitely be back. One tip is call Melva on the phone directly as they don't use the website.

This lovely trail riding farm provides you with a honest, unforgettable experience of country Victorian farm life.I've ridden here on the 2 hour and 3 hour trail rides which I've thoroughly enjoyed each time.Riding on happy, unflappable and well fed horses, you quietly observe kangaroos, birdlife and the enjoy the surefooted movement of your horse beneath you.The creeks, trails and bush tracks are beautiful in all seasons suited for all types of riders, and you are carefully catered to by the experienced owners who usually ride with the small groups.I would thoroughly recommend this authentic family business.
