Have utilised this business for over 10 years for watch battery replacements, key cutting ,shoe repairs and the odd retail purchase! I have always found Michael to provide a fast, efficient ,reliable inexpensive service by comparison with other businesses! I've never experienced any drama andcan thoroughly recommend and commend this business!

Michael is AMAZING! No task too hard. He is always willing to try and find a resolution to problems you have with your shoes. Michael also cuts keys, does watch batteries. Two definite thumbs up!

Took a gorgeous chocolate brown pair of Oroton shoes to be resoled and new tips put on the heels. The repairer decided to colour-change the shoes to black and leave the heels and bows chocolate brown. As far as I'm concerned, they are ruined! I took the shoes back and he insisted, Oroton do them like that sometimes". Really? I don't think so!I also had a key cut. While I was trying to remove it from the key ring he said: "you can leave it on the ring" so I passed him the bunch of keys

Took my watch in Wednesday after needing a new battery for it. Had to send off. Got it back 2 days later. Thank you to the gentleman that owns this little store. Will go back if any issues. Also. Noted. Port supporter. :)

Michael is a great operator. He has repaired many pairs of shoes for my family and even a golf travel bag was not too hard. A busy man, so cut him some slack for turn around times though.
