Excellent sales/customer service. Joanne helped me to identify the correct spare part for my pump, she kept me informed on progress, and let me know when it was ready to be posted.

Although I don't have many Pentair products the support for my Master Temp 400 has been great. Warranty is acted on fast and they have plenty of service agents and parts on handCustomer support has been friendly and easy to deal with

I bought a Pentair Pantera filter - the multiport valve started leaking 18 months in. Pentair said it only had a 12 month warranty, and appeared to me to have little interest in seeing what fault it had. They said I probably operated it whilst the pump was running. I pointed out I didn't as I grew up with a swimming pool and how to operate it, but it made no difference.Very much regret buying their product, and the lack of interest in diagnosing what went wrong with it.

I purchased a rebel pool cleaner and it was doing an amazing job of cleaning my pool but then just over 2 years or so it stopped working properly. I emailed Pentair and requested they replace it and they dropped off a brand new pool cleaner to my home. Pentair offered me great service and im really happy with my pool cleaner. Thanks Pentair

I have been waiting to get my Pentair chlorinator fixed for 3 months. This is the second time I am having an issue with the same chlorinator and the item is only 14 months old.

Lousy service and average to ok products. I’ve had a number of issues with the chlorinator, auto top up and heat pump. Less than 12 months old equipment and they take so long to respond if at all. My installer has had to chase them twice and I’m still waiting to hear back from them. When they attended my property once last year to check on heat pump, they said they would let me know why the pump wasn’t working that well and yet never heard back from Pentair, they just told the installer everything seemed ok from their end. If you are thinking this is a premium product with premium customer service, I’m afraid it isn’t and you should look elsewhere, but your experience may vary…..
