Adriatik Floor Sanding

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!,Very poor job, extremely disappointed with the end results and lack of customer service. Upon completion of the job we had a problem with a small mark and Nick was very enthusiastic and came around straight away to tell us it was what it was and we had to live with it. We could not walk on the floor but the issue we had apparently was a reaction with the sealant. We accepted this and paid. However upon the floor drying and being able to walk on it we noticed many contaniments on the floor, hairs, lumps, marks from the sander or a paint lid? Within the first week bubbling between the floorboards became more and more apparent and unsightly. We have contacted him on many occasions but unfortunately even though we are literally around the corner he will not inspect or stand by his work. It is clear once he has been paid he is not interested in any problems. The fact that originally we were advised that this job would take 3 Days with a cost of $1800 and was done over two mornings is easy money for a shoddy job. We too are contacting Consumer Affairs.

If possible less than one star,they laid a floor and did white wash,lst of problems as follows:Floor not laid LevelFloor cracking due to unlevelnessFloor not sealed properly as a result bare timer showing in patches in a number of areasSplashed new windows with sealantWhen asked to stand by his work the owner laughed and walked out., so much for his work guaranteeCurrently in hands of consumer affairs
