Chemist Warehouse Rosanna

Went to chemist warehouse to get the Bundle of Joy the lady at the first desk said we had lowered the price to spending only $49 to get rid of them. So we gathered enough for two boxes ($100) but when we were told we were only allowed to get one bundle of joy per transaction after scanning over $100 worth of stuff from another lady, we asked if we can split the bill so we can get two Bundles of Joy and she said no she can't do that. She was rude and wasn't helpful at all. What's the point in lowing the prices when you're not willing to help your customers? It makes no difference to them but an unpleasant experience for us. We ended up returning $50 worth of items. I'm extremely surprised with this experience as chemist warehouse was known for low prices and good service, however after reading all the negative reviews and my experience, I wouldn't go back here again and recommend others not to either.

Cindy the manager has THE worst customer service manner I have ever encountered. She is aggressive and rude when as the customer you are simply asking for help. She talks over you on the phone, refuses to answer simple questions when asking for help and all round has a very rude condescending manner.I have noticed this in store and often wondered how this was acceptable behaviour- but never had I thought asking for help would be treated with such dismissive rudeness.I have been waiting 3 weeks for a script, received and email notification and responded the next day. I have called to confirm the script as I had no response.The script has now been given to someone else.I’m so appalled at this service - I thought a chemist was a health care facility? Not quick turn around sales.

Went in this store after calling to see if they had the free Bundle of Joy box for spending $69 on baby items and was told they had plenty and had been reduced to spend over $49 as they are in high supply and wanted to get rid of them. After spending 20 mins in their store collecting $100 worth of items with my husband and scanning everything the lady at the counter said we only give out one per customer per transaction. So we asked to split the bill which she immediately said no and then asked if we can return and place it under another transaction which we were entitled to as there were two of us but she said no (despite them trying to get rid" of these boxes). So we had to return ideas as it wasn't worth it. It was extremely disappointing and many other Chemist Warehouse customer service is 10X better than this one. You would have thought the people of Rosanna deserved better customer service. Not sure if this is the COVID response to wanting people to help the economy and spend more

Not even one star. Visited the chemist warehouse today in Rosanna for an over the counter item which does not require a script. The pharmacist Cindy was very rude and dismissive and pretty much refused to sell me the product. She was clearly very busy and thought that getting rid of the customer would solve her work load issues. I was left red faced amongst other customers who were waiting. She tried to make every excuse not to sell me the product. I even gave her the name of the GP who recommended the product and she refused to call him, she said that she knows more than him.That was the point that I left the pharmacy and advised them that I will just go to Coles and buy it".I then went to another chemist warehouse around the corner who were very helpful

I can only speak from my own experience... but I’ve had no problems with my interactions with this Chemist Warehouse. The pharmacist has always been helpful, staff have always been willing to point me in the right direction for products and today I had staff at the front counter serve me well and sanitised between customers. And as for opening up another chemist in the area - nothing like a bit of competition...

Even 1 star is too much for this review.I received some very rude customer service and unprofessional behaviour today(21/04/2021 at 7:45 pm) by Pharmacist Cindy(whatever her name is ). The store was so quiet and I was the only customer there.When I asked the pharmacist to certify only one paper of my document, she spoke very rudely that she does not certify any documents at night. I explained that I work during the day and I have never had this experience in any chemist in Australia before. I walked long away from my house to get there and I think she should be responsible for all customers. I always like to purchase from chemist warehouse but, I am so disappointed why chemist warehouse employs such an unprofessional, rude, bossy pharmacist in their centre.This is against Australian culture.

I found this chemist to be perfectly fine. I've been in a few times for both scripts and off-the-shelf items, and its always been a easy experience. Staff seem cordial and functional enough, stock is plentiful as far as I can tell, prices are reasonable. Its a Chemist Warehouse, what do you expect? Some of these one star reviews are, I think, an expectation of Emirates Service at JetStar prices.

The rudeness of the pharmacists in this branch is another level. The female pharmacist with thick and fake eye lashes- if you aren't happy with your job then go somewhere else. Don't need to be impatient and disgustingly rude while doing your job. I rather go to Rosanna Pharmacy going forward. This place doesn't even deserve one star. It's a group of grumpy female pharmacists parading their toxic vibe behind the counter. Bye

One star is one too many.I had an infection and got a script made up at Rosanna Chemist Warehouse. After I had finished the course of antibiotics, my infection hadn't got any better. I went back to my GP and got another script to repeat a course of the same antibiotics. I went to Rosanna again and had the script made up. When I went to pay at the counter, I realised the box looked unfamiliar. I took it back to the pharmacist and asked if it was the original brand. She said no. I told her that I only wanted the original brand. She went away and returned shortly holding one box of the antibiotics in one hand and one box in the other. Then she said condescendingly, 'This is the generic brand and this is the original brand. Last time you had the generic brand.' I told her that I didn't realised I had the generic brand because I had never been asked which one I would prefer in the first instance and I was given the generic without informing me that that was the case. I took it for granted that I would have been given the original brand. I told her that had I been asked and/or informed, I would never had accepted the generic brand. *I personally only trust the original brands. I believe that the nature of medicine should be respected with the informed patient. If generic medicine (brand) is to be given, the pharmacist should seriously and closely observe the ethical protocol to inform the patient concerned that that is so. To do any thing otherwise is wrong.

I spend thousands of $$$ on prescriptions each year at the Rosanna Chemist Warehouse. They've just lost my business over $20. Apparently they don't accept returns for 'consumables' (I.e., 95% of their products). As such they would not accept a return of some vitamins that are sealed and had been stored at room temperature. Even if they don't feel comfortable re-selling this item, wouldn't it be more profitable to retain a loyal customer and absorb a $20 loss? I'm sure Chemist Warehouse can afford this with all the money saved from underpaying their pharmacists after destroying small pharmaceutical business. Absolute disgrace.
