was belittled and treated like a common criminal by a elderly female staff member in front of other customer's telling me my gift card was invalid so zippayed another right in front of her for her to say the same thing as well as denied seeing me zippay another refused to try the other register rolling her eyes at me with anything i said until it happened to another customer but still wouldnt try other register until everyone she had belittled me in front of had gone to find out her sytem was at fault no apology nothing it wont let me put half a star not that it deserves any

Went to use a woolworths docket for 4c of per litre and was told that the dockets never scan and that I can feel free to take the docket and use it at another store. Real professional seeing as fuel is so expensive and the lady only tried to scan it once. This is the closest ampol to where I live and I use it all the time and have never had an issue using the dockets before. Absolutely lazy staff unwilling to even try.

We ordered a late night Uber as we were having a Disney Marathon movie night after having an electrical fire earlier today. Christina (Sorry if I have spelt your name wrong) made a mistake that I have made myself like the exact same mistake when I worked for BP (Also I hope my advice was somewhat helpful with the Uber Tablet I haven't worked in a servo for over 6 months). After getting the return call from Uber to organise a new order, we received the new order and inside was a goody bag with a lovely apology note, this is AMAZING customer service.
