The team arrived on time every day and Billy communicated the progress of works from start to finish. His communication, passion and drive for his craftsmanship is something to be proud of and it shows through his work. The team he has is awesome and the quality of work is outstanding. Had an opportunity to have Continuous Guttering product installed replacing our old guttering that was about 30+ years old around a block of 7 townhouses. Old Guttering had to go as Fascia got rotten behind all leaking joints in guttering. It was amazing to see how these folks produced guttering on the site to fit the required length without any joint using quality material. Working staff know how was well up to mark. On time arrival, proper communication, quality workmanship, leaving site neat and tidy was a good reflection of professionalism.

The team from Continuous Guttering installed gutters at my grandmother's home. It's fantastic to see a company taking care of its customers instead of trying to rip them off because of their age (like the company that quoted her twice the amount she paid to Continuous Guttering). My grandmother is happy with the job they did. Anyone requiring their gutters to be cleaned or installed, look no further. Continuous Guttering will take care of it. The continuous guttering team were fabulous from initial Enquiry, measure, quote and installation. On the day they were on time, friendly, courteous and had the whole house done in no time. They took away the old guttering and down pipes and left absolutely no mess behind. AMAZING. The new gutters and downpipes look fabulous. Highly recommend.

I chose this company for two reasons.1, Michael, the man who quoted the job, was very clear with what would be replaced and spoke in terms I understood.2, previous quotes said I would need to replace rotting wood myself before they installed the new gutters. Michael said they would take care of everything.The people who replaced the gutters left a lot of wood and downpipes along the side of my house along with debris through my yard. I had to chase them to arrange these to be picked up. They didn't want to pick up the wood because the quote stated they would remove old gutters and downpipes. I'm not a guttering specialist so I didn't realise there would be other rubbish left on my property that would be my responsibility to remove.My property was left with chips of wood and rusty nails, screws and bits of metal everywhere. Not idea for kids running through the yard. Tiles were left off the roof and rain entered my roof.Some of the downpipes are still leaking and when it rains, water drops down between the gutters and the wood making the gutters useless.It took me several attempts to have someone return to the property to remove the rubbish and replaced the tiles. When I showed them the rotting wood hadn't been replaced, they said it wasn't on the plans. When I showed them the leaking down pipes, they said it wasn't on the plans. I am not a guttering specialist and cannot read plans but I never would have asked for some of the gutter to be replaced and leaks to be fixed. I wanted them all done.After more attempts, Michael and Nancy returned to the property and agreed that the work was appalling. They agreed to put plastic fascia over the rotting wood at the front of the house then fix the roof at no cost to me.The fascia was added and while the plastic looks cheaper than the wood, at least it doesn't look like the roof is falling down.Radio silence for another month or so and the wet weather came. Still holes in my roof. I had to chase them up again to fix the holes in my roof. They eventually came back and did possibly the worse mortering I've seen.I have asked of many occasions for photo evidence of the roof tiles being replaced as I cannot get on my roof. They are not sending the images. They did send a video of one corner of the roof.I now have water coming through my ceiling. My building inspection 18 months ago showed no moister in the roof and now it leaks. They have been the only people on my roof and the water damage is since they were up there.At this stage, I don't know what to do. Whether I go to VCAT or to another company, it is going to cost me extra money.It's great to read so many people had good experiences with this company and I really hope their customers continue to have great experiences. Unfortunately mine has been horrific and ongoing for 5 months.
