Highly recommended. Very friendly and helpful staff. I went in just for some vacuum bags and the amount of effort the staff put in for a small sale was unbelievable.

Looked up shop hours, said open until 5:30pm weekdays. Got there just before 5pm, the guy saw me coming and locked the door. Sign on front door says open until 5:30 weekdays so I rang the store - no answer. He shut the shop half an hour early even though a customer was walking to the door??!!

Good service however parts had to come from Melbourne with 2 weeks wait. . Nice selection of vacuum cleaners, car accessories are fantastic ...

Refused to replace my 3 month old faulty steam mop

Thank you so much to John who helped me choose a new vacuum cleaner when mine broke just before Christmas. He was patient, kind and professional.

At Claremont Godfreys i put my hoover in for a service because the power head was faulty.Went to the shop friday or Saturday and put it in to the shop. He told me that the service centre gets it Wednesday and we will find out of quote change if any.I called on Wednesday and still was no info and he said he would follow up on it and call me on thursday...I got no call or msg on thursday.I called on friday, he said it would arrive at service centre today. And then for the first time let me in on monday only delivery between service centre and godfreys Claremont.So now its a week later and they just got it they wont have fixed it by the end of friday so they will fix on mondayor tuesday... and i have to wait another full week for no reason...He has reviews of shutting shop over 30min early... and after seeing a customer locking up fast even though theres 30min till close...I have called the Claremont godfreys and demanded my vacuum be back at the shop as of monday... i am absolutely disgraced with the service and due to the attitude and absolute laziness I have had to deal with especially concerning Claremont Godfreys.. unless i am comfortable in believing Godfreys cares about customers i have no reason to support this company with my business...I sent the same complaint to customer service and got the generic email back quoting that they have the 10 day turn around... so obviously didnt read my complaint because as has been explained i would have waited up to 16days to maybe have my vacuum back...USE ANY OTHER COMPANY TO GET BETTER SERVICE.
