Went to purchase Genesis car seat covers from these guys. Went through all options in their website for make and model. After payment I get notified a week later saying they don’t even make the covers for those cars. Yet here they are advertising them. The owner assured me he would remove this apparent error from the website as he was aware of how corrupt it looks to advertise a product they don’t even make or carry. Get here we are months later and it’s still on the website..Oh rubber tree has said this item is set to enquire now. That makes a lot of sense. “Hi I’m interested in purchasing this item you don’t sell” no problem at all. Excellent we don’t sell it however plenty of other goods available which didn’t lead you to our website.What terrible false advertising

Avoid this company. Ordered floor mats for my Ford Focus. Was delivered mats that do not fit. After talking to customer service they do not actually know the correct floor mat design for the car I ordered it for. Still waiting a month after ordering for the right mats.

Got my boot liner today for a 32 year old Suzuki Sierra. Fits like a glove. Very happy with price and product. Recommended

Got my car mats today! Absolutely stoked with them, perfect fit aswell! Is going to save my new BMW's carpet from the harsh reality of my work boots everyday. 100% recommend! :)

I've had several sets of mats from RubberTree across a few different cars. Their mats always fit perfectly, and the materials are excellent.Recently, there was a surprise in the type of clips used on a new set of mats I ordered. The clips weren't shown in the picture on the website - and I preferred not to have them there.I contacted RubberTree and Andrew was fantastic, he offered to replace the mats even though the issue was a misunderstanding of the product, not a fault.Excellent service backing a really great product. Thanks guys.Mike

Misleading lead times on website, no communication to say there were delays in completing order prior to myself making contact. I have asked for the order to be cancelled and four days later there is still no confirmation. Communication and customer service is lacking.

I have ordered the executive rubber mat for my car(Hyundai Palisade 8 Seater).The product I have ordered is for all the three rows and all the 8 seats.The product I got is bit different.For my second row's middle seat there is no mat.Wrong product delivered.On top of that it's impossible to reach to them via their call center or email.I am not getting any reply from their call center or email.I would say avoid rubbertree if you can.if anybody sees this message from rubbertree then my oder number is WO 336032

Appalling communication, customer service doesn't have a hold system, so they hang up on you if they wont take your call. No tracking provided, they will send you an invoice saying delivered weeks before you get your order. Do not recommend, much better to go elsewhere.

I ordered a windscreen sunshade.It took weeks before I received a request for more information. It turned out that they had stuffed my order up.The windscreen sunshade arrived and I am very unimpressed..Its a large solid bulky roll with reflective paper on one side..I am hesitant to use it because it is bulky, not easy to unroll and awkward...I have had much better sun shades when I had a motorhome.. The winodow screen was also reflective, multiple layers and easy to roll up.This is a nightmare.Money wasted..

Apart from waiting a couple of weeks ,my mats for my KIA EV6 GT ,FIT PERFECTLY, no gaps and good quality ,i also ordered a boot liner and it is very good quality and fits like a glove ,very happy with all aspects of rubbertree products !
