Customer service was excellent prices are fair, yet the flowers i ordered don't really look like the picture on there web site really at all colour wise and flowers, leaves were all half dead, wilted and droopy. I'm not sure what refund/exchange policies you have instore.UPDATE* Was happily sent a new bunch of flowers as a replacement for earlier fault, the replacement bunch were amazing, if these are the standard quality i would then recommend the flower web to anyone.

If you’d like your flowers to not arrive on the day for someone’s birthday or a special occasion, then flower web is the place for you! If you think they’d answer calls and messages to fix the issue, spoiler alert! they will not. Would rate 0 stars if I could, will not be ordering again.

Extremely disappointed with native flowers for the price. Ordered large native vase. Stood no more than 30cm high. Absolutely nothing like images on their site. Wouldn’t recommend unless you see before ordering.

Absolutely disgusting service, had a bouquet of flowers delivered to me for my wedding anniversary. What arrived was nothing like what was ordered…. Different flowers and quarter of the size etc. when my husband phoned up to report it, they were not helpful at all and became quite mad for requesting a refund. To spend over $115 and not receive what you ordered was disappointing. Not to mention he had to call multiple times throughout the day to ensure they were going to deliver it as paid for.

Ordered 8 days in advance and paid a hefty delivery fee only for flowers to be delivered after dark! They do not answer phone calls or reply emails. Shop anywhere else but with them.

The Flower Web provided excellent customer service.I made a mistake with the date. They phone the person receiving the flowers and arrange for them to be delivered on another day. They kept me informed through the whole procedure

Ordered a bouquet for my friend's birthday and it was supposed to be a surprise but the flowers didn't arrived the day. I emailed them before 5 pm and called them later but there was no reply. My friend checked around 10pm no flowers arrived and there wasn't a call or message. The next morning my friend saw the flowers in front of the door but some were dead and it was poorly arranged (see the photo). I received an email reply that they had delivered the day before and the courier left them by the front door as no one was home. The also explained that photo has been taken from the back, not the front and sunflowers often move in the direction of the sun. I am not sure about where was the direction of the sun but the flowers obviously were facing different directions.

Extremely disappointing service and will not be returning nor recommending to others.I ordered 20 red roses 1 week in advance for an important birthday.On the day of delivery, I was notified in the morning, while at work that there were no red roses available and the order would have to be either pink or hot pink" roses. The alternative was for a new batch to be delivered the next day instead.I had ordered these 1 week in advance specifically to have red roses
