My experience at Newcastle Tile Co. was awesome. I went in not really knowing what I was after and the team there worked through my ideas with me and I came away with exactly what I needed to meet my needs and budget. I will definitely be looking to them for my next tiling job and can highly recommend this company. They delivered on their quote and quality product just as they promised. The tiles in my bathroom look awesome.

love this place, Im a Tiler and the staff are always friendly. I could get some cheaper products from other stores but I like purchasing there, the best range of products.

I have had two experiences with this business in the last 6 months. The first was seamless with one of the ladies who could not have been more helpful. The most recent was with a male ( who will remain nameless for the moment). He failed to return my call to pay a deposit over the phone and I had to chase him to pay money! When I called yet again he was most offhand and somehow thought he was condescending to take my $'s ; a most unsatisfactory experience.

The staff have no idea what they're talking about and the pricing is ridiculous. I'd rather drive out to Warners Bay to Tile Warehouse!
