I have had THE WORST experience taking my watch to this location for repair service. Please be warned if you have a watch that you care for or is expensive I would advise you not to trust it in the hands of this company.I took my watch here on the 4th of Jan for a simple battery replacement. I was in and out the door in 5 minutes with my fixed watch in hand. This watch is a waterproof watch that I use while surfing and kiteboarding frequently. After the first dip in the water this watch died IMMEDIATELY. They had not taken care of the waterproof seal when repairing. I took the watch back the next day and they said the seal must not have been good when they put it back together and thus the watch was flooded and now completely broken.At this point they backpedaled and said they don’t normally repair waterproof watches because they can’t guarantee that they will remain waterproof. NONE of this was explained to me when I got the initial battery replaced!Fast forward 2 months and I have just now received the watch back from them. I would stop in the shop once per week asking about the progress of my watch and each time they would take my name and number because they would always loose it. When I called them a few days ago to check on the watch they had NO RECORD OF MY DETAILS! They said “Oh yeah we have a black ripcurl watch laying around here but we don’t know whose it is but it is ready for pick up”.I then asked for a refund of the $19 that I initially paid for the battery replacement when this whole drama began. They trashed my watch and had it for two months with poor service, communication, and anything you might expect from a repair company. I thought it would be fair that I do not have to pay money for this terrible experience. They did not agree.This concludes my rant and my warning for anyone else who might wander into this shop hoping to repair something dear to them and or expensive. BE WARNED and learn from my experience please!

Had to wait 4 days for just heel extension on man's boot, cost was little overpriced but not a bad job. One man very busy trying to keep up.
