I've been going here since the 1990's and Ken has looked after three cars for me. A Suzuki Swift sedan, Ford EF Falcon and Ford FG Falcon and they always do a great job for a reasonable price. If parts need replacing at the next service like disc brake pads and rotors they tell you at the current service. They've also done rego inspections on all my cars. Because they do such a great job I'll continue to have my cars serviced by them.When both my parents were alive they took their cars to them a mixture of Ford Falcons, Laser and Focus. They too were very happy at the job done on their cars. Once dad had something go wrong with a Falcon and it consumed half a tank of fuel between Parramatta and Springwood. He took it Ken straight away and Ken fixed the problem on the spot which was a push fit hose that had come off and Ken modified it so it wouldn't come off again. When people ask me who's the best at servicing cars I always tell them without hesitation Macquarie Rd Auto Repairs.

KEN WAS FANTASTIC! My car broke down because the water pump broke and I wasn't able to drive for very long. Luckily I was able to get the car over to Macquarie Road Auto Repairs where Ken made time to have a look at my car and repair it on the spot. He didn't try to cheat me or add extra things I didn't need. Very caring, very fair and a great service all road! I would recommend these guys to everyone!

Very impressed with this auto repairer! My son had a 3pm driving test at Springwood RMS and unfortunately could not begin his test as a brake light was out. We had to repair the light and return by 3:30pm or the test would be canceled. It was no trouble for Macquarie Road Auto to remove and replace the light in time for us to return by 3:28pm and my son to take the test! I highly recommend this auto shop.

I broke down on a Friday around lunch time in Springwood and was desperate for help. I called a couple of mechanics. The standard answer was, I can't help you today. The earliest I can do for you would be Monday. Then I called here, had a five minute chat about what happened and felt like there is someone on the phone with me who actually cares and for whom it's not just a job.Thanks for helping me out in a situation I was stuck.
