I’m hoping to get hold of the manager or person in charge tomorrow for the Subway located at Richlands.Placed an order online, had my partner to go pick it up for us. He comes back saying how one of girls treated him very rudely when he asked for a bag and asked if cookies were inside de paper bag. As soon as I opened the bag, both subs are not toasted, 2 out of 3 cookies are missing and bacon is raw.My partner gave one bite on his and ended up throwing it away. I tried eating mine but only managed to get eat 1/2 of it. It was uneatable.We tried calling the store for over 15 minutes before heading in again. One of the girls was very helpful, extremely polite and re-made our order for us. On the other hand, the girl (apparently called Sophie) justified her behaviour by saying she thought my partner was an Uber eats delivery driver! What in the world!! what I disgusting way of thinking and treating others.

A couple of months ago I arrived at this store 45mins after opening to be told there's no bread. Yesterday at 8 40 there was only 3 types available (yesterday's I believe) and drink machine out of order.Very unreliableThe young girl training was polite and made a good Sub though.

This was the worst subway experience I have ever had.My husband and I stopped for lunch at 1.30pm Saturday 28th January 2023.First there was a sign on the front glass cabinet saying no ham.Then when I ordered my 6 inch Italian herbs with tuna and cheese she said there is no onion or tomatoes. I was so hungry I said ok. I let her know I was not happy.My husband said he would not order anything.Got to the car to eat and my roll started ok and then by then end it was stale. The roll was crunchy and could not eat.So unhappy and will never go to that store again.

Went there at 7 o’clock, looked on the website to make sure they were open as said open till 9 o’clock, got there and they were closed so double checked the website and was definitely 9 o’clock. Disappointing services!

8.40am in the morning and No fresh bread been made. Only wheat or white. I choose white, the bread must have been from yesterday. It tasted very dry and flakey, the top of the bread crumbs was peeling off by me just holding it. The selections trays all looks like from yesterday. Didn't look fresh at all!

Wow Worst experience ever would be an understatement. The lemonade tasted like soda water, there was maybe a 6 potion of chicken spread over a foot long

Ordered my lunch on a Monday but was told there was no meatball. Then ordered chicken teriyaki, was told none. Then ordered buffalo chicken, yes ok. But no grated cheese or onion. Also no cookies or serviettes. Not the fault of staff but would have to be the worst Subway I have ever been to. Don’t know why they would have no stock?

Ordered online which states a 15-20 minute wait left work at 1:15pm only to be getting back at 2:05pm as when I arrived the store was busy being around lunch time with only 1 staff member working out the front. Eventually a second staff member came out. Then when I finally got my order another staff member was walking in, the girl that was out the back originally said she was out the back doing a full tidy up..... Why would you think that around lunch time would be a good idea to do that?....

I received someone else's order on uber eats. Driver refused to take back. said call store for refund. spoke to manager at subway richlands who said she can't refund me and i need to come in to store to get refund voucher. i explained to her that im disabled and can't leave my house and that the whole idea of using uber eats is for home delivery. she refused to refund or send the correct order to me. she was rude disrespectful had no empathy and a total lack of customer service skills. she should be severely reprimanded or fired due to her lack of compassion. i certainly would not be purchasing from the richlands subway store and will advise all my family and friends to refrain from purchases at that store. i sincerely hope that steps will be taken to improve customer service
