Walked into the store today with my wife as we both need new work boots. The two ladies behind the counter didn't acknowledge us as we walked in, waited 10 minutes for some sort of service with no one else in the store, but both too busy on their computers. So my wife and I walked out. Sorry but I will be taking my business elsewhere. Customer Service is key ladies.
