Took my vintage Seiko to get serviced. Nick quoted 6 weeks turn around, but did it in 4. Full service, crystal replaced and day date dial switch out at my request. Excellent work and the clockmaker not only knows his stuff, but has a full watch collection of his own. Will definitely be back.

Highly recommended, (long time repeat customer). They have Covid Safe procedures, in a small space, so be patient, wear a mask and be prepared to wait outside.This week Nick created a watch band to fit an old specialist sailing watch. Saved me $$$ cost of buying a new one. Glad I waited for them to come back from hols. Not so long ago he advised to use another watchmaker to fix an antique fob that was beyond his expertise. His honesty and workmanship is appreciated.

I had my watch (Tag Heuer) serviced there and the service was excellent. I had to wait for some time for seals to arrive since there were not available at that time, but everything was great. My watch works fantastic now. I would recommend this store.

I am unable to make any comments on this store, as I have never experienced any of their services. However, the staff members there were quite nice to me when I had visited them, so I am sure that their services would be terrific.

Disgraceful local jeweller. Was walking by and wanted to size up my ring, all they would have to do is put my ring on the sizer stick that was on the bench and the extremely rude woman tried to charge me $5!! It would take less than 10 seconds to do and costs nothing. She was incredible rude.

I had a problem with my watch that the jeweller at the mall said I'd have to contact the manufacturer with. I took it to Neutral bay and the jeweller mentioned the hand was stopping it from working. He fixed it in no time and the watch is working away a couple of years later. I wasn't charged much at all. I have had batteries replaced in other watches and it was much cheaper than elsewhere. I even bought a Citizen eco drive watch from them at a reduced cost. I believe for convenience (as there is parking at the back of the shops) and quality of service I'll keep going back.
