Atrocious. Just borrowed a cool half mil for a house. On hold for over 40 mins when calling to clarify some contract details. Eventually lost phone coverage. Will be changing lenders at earliest opportunity.

Stay away. They say they have ordered u a new card and don't then pretend that they have. Only after I rang online and was informed no card was ordered after 3 weeks!. When confronted manager best I got was okay answers and thanks for feedback. Rude and unpleasant staff.

Out dated facility's, rude staff. I had to wait a very long time to be served by a very rude and nasty team member, not very happy. Currently looking for a new bank.

Horrible renovations. Everybody is now standing in a room together (even the tellers). No privacy. Should've kept it the way it was.

All I wanted to do was make an appointment at Bairnsdale branch. The automated system could not understand what I needed. I'll just walk in and try my luck.
