easily the worst chemist in the area. they don't carry most stock but will still take your money and hold your scripts for ransom after making you wait 20 mins for the privilege. absolutely vile staff. avoid at all costs

Fantastic service from Dee & a male pharmacist (sorry I didn’t get your name) this morning for my 4 year old son. So friendly & didn’t rush us. Our left behind toy was also kept safely for us. Really appreciated Dee’s help.

Service staff were fantastic. The pharmacists were super helpful and took the time to Discuss My individual medication needs .they provided basic medical health checks (blood pressure) and was able to explain in lamens terms. 10/10 would recommend

The service is pathetic. I went there for my booster dose and they ask me to visit GP first and then only I will be eligible for booster dose. However I went to terrywhite valley and they jabbed me with booster without needing me to visit GP. Its strange that one branch require me to do the GP and while another need not.

Blonde lady behind the corner exceptionally rude and dismissive. Made a simple 10 second courtesy request to have her witness / sign a form for the adjacent post office (not a JP service) to which her response was sorry we don't do that". This was my local pharmacy but I'll take my business to the chemist warehouse down the road. Thanks!"

Very rude pharmacy lady. Completely humiliated a woman because she could afford to by a face mask. Unbelievable lack of compassion as this lady was only trying to get her booster dose. Do not go here!! Other Terry White Chemists aren’t making people buy a face mask $1.50 before allowing them to be vaccinated. Should be reported to the consumer watch dogs!!!
