Kalana Homes

Would not recommend a house from kalana homes, I would not even wish one of his houses on my worst enemy, John Boyds houses are not to the Australian code which is very dodgy work, workmanship is appalling walls are not level, slabs are not level, tiles don't line up, cracks in all timber finishes, all doors are split, and all plaster joints are visible due to builder being incompetent in his trade and it is embarrassing to show friends and family the house he built, we wish we had never build with this builder and hope no one else gets scammed like we did and the Last five of of his client that sued him, also it has taken over 100 weeks to build and still not complete contact stated 36 weeks

I have been an employee for 7 months and the dodgy corner cutting we are told to do on a daily basis in incredible, our whole team consists of 2 carpenters, 1 apprentice plasterer and 1 labourer, and they do everything from slab pour to lock up!! Please do yourself a favour and don't build through kalana homes, in the months that I've been there the company has been sued 4 times resulting in $600000 in claims that the poor home owners are still trying to get back. Terrible company use at your own risk!!!

⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠⚠ Warning do not use this builder they cut corners and rip off the poor owners. I have evidence of cardboard being put in a hole to fix it. Evidence of carpet being laid over a massive hole in the slab. Please stay away it's not worth wasting your hard earned money whilst he laughs at your misfortune. Fair trading has several cases against this company please do your homework. The phone number provided is disconnected that should be a good warning signal to start...
