First time user of Rosemary's and it was fantastic. Staff were very caring. my cat stayed for 2 weeks over Christmas and returned home happy and healthy. Staff were very friendly and booking drop off and pick up were seemless. Highly recommend

Great place for our dogs and we felt very at ease dropping them off for their stay. Wonderful staff who are patient and caring. Our dogs came home very happy, well fed and relaxed after their stay.

I should have done a little more research. Dogs stayed in a warehouse setting, very strict limited opening hours, hard to leave them there & watch for the unexpected costs, I got caught out when picked them up.said I organised morning pickup but checked my request & I didnt (I knew my flight time after all). Both dogs had a cold or flu when we picked them up & quite hoarse. Mentioned our 2 were shy, ive never noticed my wonderful crazy staffies act shy, ever, so that was an interesting observation. They were alive, they were washed, they were safe so I am grateful for that atleast & next time will leave them somewhere more open. This is more suitable for little dogs or cats maybe. I found the lady running it had issues with smiling and friendliness. Not again, ever

It was Jax's first time in a kennel and the lovely ladies at Rosemary's looked after him superbly. He was a happy little puppy when I picked him up. I will definitely be booking him in there again. Thanks Ladies

More important that what I think is what my dog experienced. Of course he can't tell me but when I collected him ,he was not in a busting hurry to meet me or to leave Rosemary's. It was a good indicator to me that he enjoyed his stay.

We have been using Rosemary’s “wonderful” House for Dogs and Cats for as long as I can remember. Both for long term stays and day care. Our beloved Annie passed away 2 years ago and now we have the pleasure of using this excellent service again. Cannot speak highly enough of the professionalism, care and attention that these lucky pets enjoy. Lily is just a puppy so we can look forward to many happy trips knowing she is in the best hands available on the Coast. Haven’t purchased the food as yet but have no doubt if it’s a Rosemary initiative it will be outstanding.
