Staff are very rude and treat you as if you are about commit a crime at their petrol station. I try to avoid this petrol station because of how rude the staff are, not once have I come here and feel like the service is genuine or even just simple.You need new staff!!!

Not open. I’d expect every gas station to be open and ready to serve customers no matter the time or location.? May aswell look out for 7/11’s on our way as Caltex/ star mart is not reliable at all.Very disappointing, considering we have traveled a very long distance.

sidharth was aggressive toward me a woman!! Approx time I entered was 11:01 he deliberately spoke in a manner I could not understand. He tried selling me products I never asked for and because I questioned him he told me to stop wasting his time and leave as he was about to close, it was only around 11:05pm. I felt unsafe because he was irrate in his behaviour. He stated video footage, of what I'm not sure!! But the manager needs to listen to the video surviellance. He's got serious customer service issues and it needs to be dealt with incase he does cause harm. I rang the police just to ensure my concerns was reported.

Filled up here recently and as I walking to the counter one of the employees held out his hand toward me like traffic controller signalling me to stop because a coffee had been spilled. No apology, acknowledgment or even a word from him until he had finished mopping up and returned behind the counter. Really odd experience. I've found in the past most employees are generally pretty rude too.

The staff here are rude and obnoxious.I am a member of a Defence Discount program which entitles to me discounts. I scanned my QR code and it came up with an error. We tried several times and the woman became increasingly rude - refusing to accept the discount even though I showed her my valid membership card.Eventually she drags out her supervisor who was not much better - still blaming me for the scanning error rather than grant the discount.What a disgrace.Unless you are about to run out of fuel, avoid this place like the plague.

Staff are belligerent and incompetent. Promotion was out of date but refused to accept it. I said it is good policy to provide the promotion. She just remained quiet and said these are the new ones and showed an business print out. I said you better remove it then she said no my manager is on holiday and I can't. Cancelled the coffee and just paid for petrol. Dodgy place

You're supposed to be open until 22:00.. I got there to drop off my trailer at 21:14... If you're supposed to be open until 22:00 stay until that time... I left the trailer there, the keys and the electronic cable as well as the bolt for the chain... I got there to drop the trailer off while the place was meant to be open so now you can sort it out

Staff is friendly and helpful but they need to train the staff a little more. Had a Woolworth gift card that I wanted to use but the staff didn’t knew how it worked, So I had to pay by cash. Other than this, store is clean and well maintained. Fuel price is a little high comparing to other fuel stations but Caltex always sell on high price from market.
