I went to a class with Ali at Green Pilates Co when I was 3 months postpartum and getting back into exercise, I was also a newbie to reformer pilates so had no idea what to expect and felt a little unsure. I had the MOST fun in her class. Ali has a way of making your workout FUN and feel good - you'll be addicted after your first class. Like me! Thank you Green Pilates Co for my introduction to reformer pilates!

I was new to Pilates and had no idea what to expect. Ali is not only a warm and friendly face but super passionate and motivated to help us achieve our goals. In just 6 weeks I’ve already noticed changes in both my strength and flexibility. The studio itself has such a humble and tranquil vibe, it’s truly an enjoyable experience being part of Green Pilates Co. I would highly recommend this studio to anyone but particularly for those who don’t enjoy mass numbers of the gym and are after a more personal and tailored experience. I leave feeling so proud of myself :)

For me as I get older there's nothing more important to be than a space that makes me feel safe and at peace. If you're looking for a pilates studio to call home there's nowhere better than with Ali. Being held at where you are at and challenged to where you can't imagine yourself, there is no safer or happier place to be. I am a better mum, human, friend and girlfriend when I start my day here.
