Only went to visit someone we knew who lives there but all the homes seem roomy enough, some with very nice little gardens. Could do with better lighting at night. The community centre was very nice.

Down the street called avenue down the bottom part there is a place that is full of rubbish over grown and for the life of me I do not understand why management let this go on..I wanted to buy in there but seeing that place no thank you

This retirement villages was nice and clean tidy some years ago, but it is not anymore. The pool and restroom very dirty, no toilet paper. Crack cements on the parking area and some streets. In wet seasons the water table under the houses in Green Wattle Sanctuary no where to go. No Aircond in the hall. Swimming pool just basic without hot water system. The broken gate need more than 6 months to fix it (??). I think the management need to review and take action for a better life of residents (homeowners).

There is 2 section's to this lovely retirement place we live in the other section the sanctuary the other is the garden which is the older place love the life style home your own home and the other facilities is managed by the manager s pool club house love it

This place would be fine if you don't have a pet or want one. I really can't get my head around the fact that you buy the property and can't have your pet. Alot of people who are aging love the company of their pet companions I give this rating not only to this one but all out there that are of no pet policy

If you love ease of access to local amenities, good friends, quiet location and a base to call home when out travelling Bindawalla gardens and the near by kurrajong sanctuary are excellent choices. My mum has been living here for 12 years
