Excellent. Not really busy when we were there. Very attentive with good simple to follow advice. Lots of parking and gardens for the stressed dogs before they go in. Very reasonable costs.

Amazing vets and team at this practice. They'll go above and beyond. You can see they truly love what they do. My pets love it here.

My dog had dental work done at this clinic on Wednesday 14/06/23 and died 4 days later. He became unwell (wasn’t eating/couldn’t walk properly) on Fri 16/06 and was taken in to be checked. I was assured nothing major was wrong and it was just a side effect of the surgery. In hindsight I should have made more of a fuss about this. His condition worsened on Sunday morning and I took him to an emergency clinic. This clinic found my dog had Thrombocytopenia (low platelets) - something that wasn’t flagged by Salisbury when they did their own blood work only a fortnight earlier. I wouldn’t recommend you use this clinic unless you’re prepared for your concerns to be ignored or have your animal come home in worse condition than before they go in.

No good with services nowadays. They were fantastic when previous vet was working there. No longer.

Took the time to find out what was wrong after 3 emergency vet visits. Extremely caring thoughtful and compassionate with the passing of our beautiful girl. So thankful for them.

The best vet practice around. They are wonderful in all aspects and very helpful and friendly staff will reasonable prices and all. Your pets are well looked after here.

Really appreciated how helpful and informative the staff were. Could tell they genuinely had our dogs health at heart. Will be coming back here for future vet visits because of the excellent customer service and friendliness.

Dr Lauren is one of the best vet I have ever met. She is caring and will treat your baby like her own. Her attention to details is amazing and will also provide different options for treatment. I will highly recommend people to see her.
