Sean Croker the manager here was amazing at helping me and my partner out. We had no idea what we were looking at but with his help we cane to understand the products and what would work for us best. Most helpful person in a shop Ive ever dealt with. 100/100 will come again as long as Sean is there :)

I called stratco Penrith back Nov 17 and thought I was going to have a great experience. The lady on the phone (Carrie) said she would have a quote back to me in 48 hours. It’s been 3 weeks and me sending 3 emails and I’ve heard nothing back. So I popped in to see Stratco over the weekend and mentioned that a lady had helped me and asked when they thought I might hear back. The arrogant guy sat on his stool and said, “we don’t have any women working for us”. When I found the email, he sheepishly said it was Carrie from head office. I gave them all my details to give to head office but still have heard nothing. I am trying to get a shed erected for my elderly parents, after a plumber destroyed it, and can’t believe how tough it has been to work with them. So I sent an email to Carrie last night and got an auto response saying she is out on annual leave. It’s a shame, my dad recommended them, I was prepared to pay the premium cost, but they can’t get their act together. No phone call, no follow up, no courtesy whatsoever. And now I have to start the process again.This is the first time I have ever written a review online.

Johns' service and the knowledge of his products was excellent, he was on top of our order and when we added more, nothing was a problem to him. He advised different ways around some issues we were having. Their shed installer Aaron and his boys were outstanding could not fault their work. If we need anything else done we will certainly use Stratco again.

Came into the store looking for help with the idea of building a Deck at our place, and we lucky stumbled onto Sean, Truly amazing help , amazing knowleadge and the know-how. Not only did he know about decks, i also asked him about our door furniture and guess what, he knew all about that aswell! such a great help, highly recommended. Would Definitely come back again.

Sean went above and beyond to assist with the products I was after. He was kind, professional and really showed great customer service. I was very grateful that Sean took my call that day and appreciate his efforts. The products I bought (2 different styles of airconditioning covers) are fantastic and really style the different areas. Thanks again!
