Got told to come back in 20 minutes, waited another 30 minutes for them with my feet in cold water. They spent 5 minutes doing my “pedicure”, were rough and then charged $35 (with no colour).

Workers were rude and very rough. TERRIBLE quality nails. Got shellac acrylics done, worst nail painting I’ve ever seen and they were wonky and sharp! They took almost 2 hours to be done, not worth my time . Would not recommend

awful experience, tools were filthy and used, i got a full set of acrylics with normal polish and left with polish all over my fingers and not straight or filed properly, my mum got a pedicure aswell as normal polish which they didn’t use a top coat and it all smudged. The service was awful as the worker was clearly sick and pretty much sneezing and sniffing in my face the whole time. If i haven’t caught an infection from the used tools i’m sure i’ve caught some sort of cold too. Worker didn’t even make any form of conversation at all, very very rushed and rough. Do not recommend

Have been going here on and off but today i noticed it may be a new owner. The lady as lovely as she was took ages! It would have been ok if she did a good job but she didn’t I left with sns soak off residue All over my hands and she just didn’t pay much attention when using electric filers, kept looking outside and cut me with it 3 times!! She laughed this off. I think I might start doing my own nails again

terrible customer service i came in with my mum and she waited 30 minutes while i got mine done, they started hers then went on and started another lady and never finished hers. very rude people and over charge

Had a mani + pedi. Loved the result of both!I didn’t feel rushed like so many other places.Staff listened and created my nails exactly how I wanted them.Finally found my new nail salon after trying so many in geelong.

rude staff, Don't speak English. i asked for Manicure, they charged me 35$ for 5 minutes service. not clean and they use used tools so be careful. when you ask them to do their job properly they start talking in their language and don't listen to you. i don't recommend it at all

I went in at 3:15pm to get my SNS nails off which is generally a 20 minute job max and the staff stated they were shutting soon, however their website states they close at 5pm. Unreliable. Business needs to update their hours.
