Very bad medical staff. Especially Dr. Sirsira. I requested for a certificate and he went to consult with colleague. I waited for long and when went outside, he was using his phone and surfing internet. All money making business.

This is not a clinic, doctors are not there to treat you or cure you here. They are here to take your money specially Vajna Rafeek & Syed Ansari have the doctor title but don't deserve this title. They should be salesman at JB HI FI OR GOOD GUYS.Now i understand why mostly people gave bad reviews for Syed & Vajnaon google. People are not lying about you.

I hope i can give them -0. I went because sick whole last night. Having vomits and diarrhoea. The doctor he said i am fine. I have high fever and bad cough. But he told me he didn’t listen in cough in waiting room. Even what’s does it mean. After visiting i went to other clinic. And get tested properly. And means seriously i was telling him my problem and he was asking me that why you haven’t visited a doctor in6 monthsMr. ansari badly talked to me and was very rude.Never visiting again

Called here today when we couldn't get assistance from our normal GP to see my daughter who had been vomiting for hours with a very bad migraine. These guys squeezed us in. Reception staff and doctor were caring, compassionate, listened and provided a wonderful service. Can't thank you enough for the care and treatment my daughter received today

Called to see a doctor at 8:00pm for an emergency checkup. They were open and also were showing open till 10:00pm. When I called the receptionist told me that medical centre is open but the doctor is leaving at 8:00. When I told them to update it online they refused saying it doesn’t happen very often. Absolutely disgusting experience .

Never had any issues with this medical clinic. They are cordial with me and I see my doctors quickly, who ensure every concern of mine is heard. The receptionists are busy over the phone often and might sound rushed but once you get into the clinic and have a chat with them they are great.

I am genuinely disappointed in the lack of customer service and regard I received this week from what was once a good medical practice. On Monday I contacted to book a telehealth appointment to obtain a medical certificate for the week after falling ill with a potentially serious respiratory illness. I was informed that I would be charged a $70 consultation fee which I paid upfront at the time of the booking.At the time of booking I explained my situation to the receptionist. She could not wait to get me off the phone and didnt explain the policy of requiring a text confirmation from Dept of Health before being able to receive a medical certificate for the week. Had she explained that to me to begin with it would have saved me time, stress and money. Clearly the staff don't care about inconveniencing patients.It was during my appointment with the doctor, that he informed me I could not receive a medical certificate for the week without first notifying Dept of Health and sending in that confirmation text from the DH to the clinic. I was informed that once I received that confirmation I could then book another appointment with him and pay another $70 to get the medical certificate for the remainder of the week! So I would have to pay $140 upfront to receive a medical certificate for the week?!After that initial appointment I had to chase up the clinic for both the medical certificate and the receipt for that consultation. Then once I received the text from DH two days later, I booked in for my second telehealth appointment for a medical certificate for the remainder of the week as instructed.My appointment was at 12.10pm. After waiting over 40 mins for the doctor to call, I called the clinic a number of times between 12.47pm and 1.54pm and could not get through. I thought that perhaps they forgot about my appointment, so I emailed the clinic as I wasnt able to get through on the phone and received no response. Finally somebody answered the phone at 1.54pm and tried to tell me that the doctor had called me, however I didn't receive the doctor's call. There was no missed call on my call history and no voicemail message from the doctor. I clearly had not received the call and tried to inform the receptionist of this who then told me that sometimes if the call goes to voicemail there is no call history". Sorry

It's all about money.. They are claiming they are open to 11pm for urgent cases, but try to go there... Always refuse to take anyone if you're not booked in advance.. How anyone knows he/she will get sick?!Other clinics in the area are much better and more helpful and understanding. Not recommended

It's a terrible place. Firstly it stinks badly. When yo be there even just before your booked time, you wait for 45 minutes in average. And they lie! They say there are just 1 person before you but no! Patients come after you can go in before you. Avoid!
