Andy and I had the pleasure of booking Forever Image to decorate our tea ceremony and my bridal room. Thank you massively to Vanessa and team Forever Image for a seamless process with styling our tea ceremony, civil ceremony AND wedding reception!It was a pretty stressful time with a lot of uncertainty due to COVID restrictions and continuous updates from the goverment and venues but Vanessa always made us feel at ease throughout the whole process.We originally enquired off a package deal that was promoted earlier in the year however due to COVID we weren't able to move forward with a consultation. After finally having our consultation and quotes were drawn up months later, Vanessa was genuine and kind hearted in ensuring what we envisioned met our budget.She's dynamic, resilient, creative and genuine - she got along with myself and my mum and being able to speak both Vietnamese and English helped my whole family massively. Her team are extremely hard working and kind and were fast, efficient and thorough throughout the whole process (even with rain and storms we encountered, they quickly adapted and still styled a beautiful event in our backyard).10/10 would recommend ! Ordered last minute florals for mothers day. Vanessa was pleasant and was able to produce this beautiful arrangement in such a short amount of time. They were fresh and full of life. Was also not stressful ordering :) Would order again! Highly recommend.

They take deposit and never respond after that. Took a month for them to provide a quote but took deposit so quick. Then since then stopped replying or reading my messages. Definitely a scammer. I have no choice but to report you to accc.

I always order flowers from FOREVER IMAGE on special occasions like Birthdays and anniversaries. They never disappoint me, the flowers are gorgeous! I always feel safe placing my trust in FOREVER image to produce gorgeous products and they always provide top services.Also for my wedding, I asked Vanessa and her team to create a backdrop with real flowers for the guests photo. We had Vanessa help with our church ceremony flowers and our traditional Vietnamese morning tea set up. She was an absolute delight to deal with, very friendly and skilful in her work. The tea ceremony set up was so beautiful and stunned all of my friends and relatives. She really paid attention to details and brought my vision to life. It was everything we wanted and more!
