I had a terrible experience with Freeze King. They were extremely unprofessional and unreliable. When I called to schedule an appointment, they were difficult to get a hold of and when I finally did, they didn't show up on time. After they finally arrived, they didn't seem to know what they were doing and made things worse, resulting in my AC unit not working at all. To make matters worse, they were rude and unresponsive when I tried to contact them to fix the problem. I would not recommend this company to anyone and would advise looking for a more competent and reliable AC maintenance service.
