Waverley Estate

Management is very poor. Cancelled my wedding due to unforeseen circumstances. Gave them 19mth notice never received my deposit back nor would they ever respond to emails.

Although the property and surrounds are beautiful the people who run Waverly Estate really ruin the experience. 1 year after our wedding and we are still chasing our Bond. Tanya seems to be forever on holidays and thus unable to process our refund and Campbell is rude and dismissive at best. Intervention from Consumer affairs surmised that they are arrogant, rude and being ridiculous.

The grounds are beautiful and clean, such a gorgeous place to stay which is such a shame as the organisation of those running it is poor. Communication when booking and trying to coordinate literally anything non existent. I had to follow up time and time again just to find out something as simple as when we could check in from or where the keys would be kept, or how to check in? I was not asked once what we would be using property for and was greeted by disgruntled, aggressive owner asking to turn music down for 20 girls having a respectful drink and a dance at 4pm in the afternoon. Extremely unprofessional and have not heard back once in regards to receiving bond back even after leaving the place in a clean, considerate condition.

Amazing experience for a large group of people and a great way to to celebrate with your family and friends.

Stayed for a birthday weekend. It was wonderful to have the space for so many family and friends yes still being comfortable. A very special place located close to so many things, although amenities are great too you can stay in with some wine and good company.Ww Will have fond memories from our stay. If you feel like being spoint for choice, wines and views I would definitely recommend!

Fabulous place for really good coffee,food, wine,gifts weddings and accomadation, they make you feel really special, cannot say enough good things about it.

Mia was unreasonable in our request for a refund of a deposit if the venue was re-booked for the date we originally booked. She has repeatedly ignored our request and questions showing a complete lack of professionalism and service!

Our family booked Waverley Estate for a wedding on the 17th of December 2016.The facility is spectacular and what has to offer is fantastic for a wedding.We booked the place for 3 nights because it had plenty of accommodation for the whole wedding party & it has beautiful grounds to host the ceremony.It's clearly a one stop shop for the complete function.The tennis court and pool sets the scene for the reception so many of the guests commented how fantastic it was.I would highly recommend Waverley Estate for this kind of function.My advise to people contemplating booking the facility is to read the agreement you are given & don't leave the place until you have cleaned up.If you do the right thing and abide by the rules your bond will be refunded as mine was within 4 days of departing the property.Management will sort things out if there are any issues during your stay.

Family Get Together - just so perfect with tennis court, pool, & the nights spent together around the fire pit. All ages enjoyed the beautiful accommodation a real spoil . Proximity to great beaches, Port Elliot Bakery! Walter Melon E Bikes! Fun, Fun, Fun for all of us.

recently stayed there for the second time for a long weekend. First visit 2018 & 2nd a couple of months ago. The place has character and what you need for a weekend away. the outside paving area is extremely dangerous, uneven paving stones & I understand this adds to the character, but maybe some paving sand or something to fill the gaps.
