Stayed here for 2 nights, bed linen and towels were disgusting and old, I feel like they were not washed prior to our stay. We did not use the bedding provided as it was disgusting. Second bedroom has a full ensemble base on top of the wooden sleigh bed base causing it to be way too high and dangerous. There was broken glass outside front and down driveway on floor. Was not safe for my children. Fridge is old with broken seal casuing it to not shut properly and appliances all dusty and dirty. He states he thoroughly cleans he's property but I have seen otherwise. Do not recommend. Disgusting !

The apartments have been renovated and are very comfortable and clean. The one we stayed in has 2 separate bedrooms and a spacious living area. It's nice to have the choice of being able to cook a full meal if you want to.Fully self contained including own washing machine that comes in so handy! Great reverse cycle air conditioning in summer!! There is also free WiFi to all areas of the apartment.Walking distance to the main street in Boulder for a nice meal, takeaway, shopping or relaxing at Loopline Park with the little ones.The owners are great, very friendly and are very accommodating to your needs.All in all an awesome home away from home.

Place is run down and in a pretty bad part of town. Bed is uncomfortable and room was not as clean as to be expected. Went to toilet outside at 2am and could hear screaming. Wasn't a great stay, ended up moving apartments.

My mum and I loved it here it's very cozy. The owners are lovely and friendly. Will definitely be back.

We got changed a clean fee and it was not clean. The toilet was not clean. The floor was not clean. The bed sheets was not wash. No toilet paper for us to use. No dinner tables to eat at. Very drit and will not came back

Like a home away from home! I'm a regular at the apartments, definitely a lot more cozy than a hotel. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

These holiday units are perfect for the interstate traveller who needs to self quarantine, as you have plenty of room inside and out along with the necessary amenities to be self sufficient for a couple of weeks.I definitely would've gone around the bend in a regular hotel/motel room. Total recommended.

Difficult opening the gate with key from locked box. Puddle of water at doorstep. Basic old furniture and no milk supplied to make a cuppa. Bed was comfortable enough. Noisy hot water in shower until pressure built up.
