bad service and treatment from a staff member at this salon. The old lady that works there was rude and not approachable when enquiring about services

Firstly, they can’t spell a simple verb correctly. Stylz ain’t a word pls Chile.. I should have read the room. Also, avoid Shannon if you value ur head. She not only tipped me off but also left me with this 2 toned mosaic monstrosity. Pretty sure my 12 year old brother could do a better job than this.Pretty sure my drunk uncle could do better. She’s likely to pop up on here and claim she never served me but I’m not even playing, there are animals that have better hair than me now gotdamn.

Shannon did such an amazing job with my hair, she listened to what I was looking for and executed it professionally while also being a calm and guiding presence with her colleagues who were consulting with her from time to time. Highly recommend her!

The staff were super helpful and friendly. They were realistic about setting expectations for changing my green hair back to a natural brown and up front with me about pricing. They did a great job colour matching to my roots and it was overall a very positive experience with nice people.

Was inquiring about buying tape extensions and the young receptionist was welcoming but the blonde woman was very off putting and just said no with her arms crossed and was giving me a dirty look. I would have been happy to listen to the receptionist about the extensions services that are offered but the older woman completely put me off with her negative energy and I ended up spending my $600 somewhere else :/

I enjoy going to Stylz Warringah Mall for so many good reasons. The team members always listen and act accordingly. The other thing I like about Stylz is they advise us about the cost before hand which makes it easier for us. No hidden costs! Ruby looked after me today with her smile and kindness, same as Hanna. I’m very happy for the colour and trim. Couple of other times phily(sorry if I misspelled it!) looked after me too. Also, I congratulate the management in making the working atmosphere so calm and relaxing, which enables the team to work in peace and harmony. Keep up the good work!

Asked for balayage and used reference photos. Was told she’d be able to do it and I came out looking like a complete zebra. It looks like grown out regrowth. $330 or so later. Absolutely no blending between my natural colour and the blonde. Some of the blonde is higher than others

This gem always has the best hair products that you can’t always find. On top of that great customer service and advice. Can’t wait to go back for more serum! Didn’t even know serum was a thing for your hair. It transformed my dead bleached hair massively. Have some healthiness back. Thank you.

The staff is rude and their price is misleading. I went in to get a retouch and a blow-dry, they wanted to charge me $150.00 for package deal. When asked how much each service was I was told that the retouch was $55 and blow-dry was $85, which is a total of $140. I chose not to confront the staff about the obivous price discrepancy and had the retouch done. When leaving I noticed the sign saying that full colour, treament, style cut and blowdry was $115 as per photo evidence. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the service and will never return.According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) It is illegal for a business to engage in conduct that misleads or deceives or is likely to mislead or deceive consumers or other businesses. This law applies even if you did not intend to mislead or deceive anyone or no one has suffered any loss or damage as a result of your conduct." This is an obvious breach of consumer rights and is punishable by law."
