Excellent customer service from Specsavers Corrimal today. I needed minor repairs on 2 pairs of glasses and had them back within 15 minutes all fixed. I also asked for a pouch for my sunglasses and this was provided complimentary. Thank you Katie and the team.

Staff were friendly and helpful but the eye test was very rushed. Possibly as a result prescription is off, extended vision is blurred giving me headaches. Lucky I still have my old ones.

Fantastic customer service from Specsavers Corrimal from the moment I got into the store. Greeted straight away to ask if I needed assistance by very welcoming staff. Minimal wait for testing and walked through the process of purchasing my glasses and how it works with my health insurance. All the staff looked happy and said hello as they passed by. It was a very smooth process and I'm very happy with choosing Specsavers Corrimal to get my testing done and my new glasses.

Upon arrival at the store, the staff were super friendly and helpful. They left me to try on whatever I wanted and attended to me immediately when I needed assistance. Leslie, the optometrist, was very professional and easy going! His service was exceptional. Due to my eye condition, it is very difficult for optometrists to obtain an accurate prescription for me, however, Leslie was able to help me achieve much clearer vision. The service and professionalism at the store is second to none, and I look forward to continuing my visits to this store. Thanks team!

Hi my name is Terry, I'd like to express my appreciation of the personal attention I was given when I obtained my glasses from Specsavers Corrimal.On explaining that I was totally housebound, the personnel at corimal said, no problem we will come and pick you up, bring you into our shop and if necessary and bring you home, which they did.Subsequently when my glasses were ready they contacted me and personally brought them out I am very VERY grateful, they could not have been more professional and helpful . I cannot rate this optometrist highly enough - staff are always very helpful..I would like to particularly single out a staff member by the name of Leslie. He is a saint...he assisted me greatly and most importantly goes out of his way every time to assist my elderly Mum who is particularly sensitive with regards to eye examinations. She won't go anywhere else and rates Leslie highly too. Thank you so much for your great service. It is much appreciated.

Very helpful, very professional and knowledgeable team here at Corrimal. I had the most contact with optometrist Melissa, and front counter staff Toni and Rachel and Molly. They were all delightful. Even though the store was very busy, I wasn’t hurried or rushed by anyone who dealt with me, because of which I chose four pairs of glasses instead of just two. I hate being rushed, and the calm helpful demeanour of everyone who works at Spec Savers, Corrimal made it very easy for me to enjoy shopping for a bit longer instead of being harrassed and hurried which is so often the case in retail stores.
