Blink and you'll miss it, but from the sign it's a small 30 meter walk to a little well. Good information about it and why it was important.

When I give this a 3 star review it's not that it isn't worth coming here, but it's a small walk to see a small part of history and not much more. Lovely surroundings and there's plenty more to do around the area, such as the Govenors Chair lookout.Just be careful with lowered cars since they will not make the unsealed road.

A remnant of a small well that probably meant a lot on its day. It's a bit underwhelming at present though.
