I find Blooms the chemist very friendly & informative. The staff always have a smile on their faces. I get my Webster paks to their & their FREE! Most other chemists charge for that service. Thanks Blooms.

Very poor service was rudeThe first thing They said to me was you haven’t been here before your not a regular customer didn’t even ask me what I needed they would not serve me just made excuses And asking me silly questions like (have you got proof you need it , we’re have you got it from before ) and kept going back to me not being a regular customer very disappointing I would NOT recommend this chemist to anyone

Brilliant team, nothing is too much trouble.Personal service provided which is very rare these days!

5 stars to Blooms Windsor for great service and another 5 stars to Shaheen for her amazing advice on the right tinted moisturiser to suit my aging skin. She has a lot of knowledge and needs a special mention.

Answered the phone right away and were very polite and advised of stock levels before driving out there . All the others were to busy to take a call.

The service here at Blooms is second to none. I go out of my way to give my custom to this business. I have always found the pharmacists, Therese, Kit and others, SO willing to advise in a professional manner and the other staff so helpful. A big thank you to Sharna this week who went above and beyond to help me.

If you lack free thought or the ability to make your own decisions, then by all means, this is absolutely the pharmacy for you!!I went in knowing exactly what I needed, as soon as I walked through the door I was met by a pharmacy assistant asking if she could help (at this point I’m thinking what wonderful service… unfortunately that’s where it ended). I advised her as to what I was after and asked to be pointed in the direction it is located, she then became very passive aggressive and impatient, demanding to know why I wanted this basic item! At this point I explained why I wanted the item and again asked where it could be found! She walked me over to the items (I knew exactly what I was after) and begun telling me that I needed a particular brand, I informed her I didn’t want that brand I wanted the other one, she continued to step in the way and insist I take the brand she had presented! After being sick at home with three sick kids for over 2weeks, I just took the item and left! Only to then be disappointed in the item and attend another pharmacy the following day to get the original item I wanted!!Very rude customer service!! Definitely wouldn’t recommend!
