Pillow Talk Maribyrnong

The assistant was very helpful...There were a range of superior quality products that didn't break the bank.After a most annoying experience with Pillow Talk online, I decided to go to their store in Maribyrnong.It was the best thing I did: I managed to find a better set for my new toilet; than the one I was going to order online. In addiI bought a new vanity set for my new bathroom. They had the pink bath robe I wanted. I also bought a lively chunky pink mat for my new bath.The only things I had to get elsewhere were pink slippers to go with the robe.

Marie at the highpoint store provided me with excellent customer service. Friendly, genuine and helpful in finding me a pillow.

Positive experience overall. Have purchased items on 2 occasions from this store. Once, a Queen size bed wrap for $48.99 after a 30% discount. On the second occasion my purchase was a Hilton Hotel & Home Superior Quilt, King size at a cost of $237.30 after 30% store discount. Happy with both items. The product knowledge of the staff member that assisted me on both occasions and the willingness to answer many questions, helped this customer to make an educated choice. As customers we all have different budgets, hence, there are extra benefits with being a member (this is free of course). I tend to wait for store discounts. Would highly recommend this store for anyone looking for great customer assistance and good quality linen.

I entered the Maribrynong store for the first time today 11:30am 12.12.22 and during my time in store the 2 sales assistants were at the counter talking to each other without acknowledging myself and 2 other customers in store. Their conversation was easily heard by all and at no point did they stop to render assistance.I shop regularly with my work as an interior designer and I am yet to experience such poor customer service.

Could spend the whole day here remodelling my whole house. Absolutely fantastic customer service. Big shout out to Luciana who was a massive help and gave great suggestions. Would easily (and probably will) come back here again to do other rooms in my house.

Excellent customer service provided by Susan. Fabulous place in terms of the different linens etc, and very good prices. Really recommended buying products form Pillow Talk.
