One of the best decisions I have made for my puppy was taking her to Pet Barn Puppy School. It helped socialize her and gave me the skills to teach her age appropriate behaviour. Great start to her being a well behaved dog. Thanks Trinny and Pet Barn.

Rose was groomed yesterday and I can honestly say it is the best groom that she has had. She is only 10 months old so has only had maybe 4. Afterwards when I picked her up she was so happy so I know the experience was a good one for her as well.

I had a horrible experience yesterday afternoon. This took place at Oxenford on the Gold Coast. The male staff member was abrupt and rude. I explained to the female staff member how I felt and she justified his behaviour because he had experienced a rough customer prior.I don’t go to Petbarn to be spoken to with disrespect.I explained that I’d be passing this feedback on and that was all that she has to say.Not a standard of customer service I expect.It’s a wonder why so many retail jobs are becoming self serve or home delivery.I passed this info on to their contact email address and still have had no response. Sad.

Been shopping here for years and the experience has been positive. Though, today we were let down with the dog wash being broken for over two weeks now. I rang five times today hoping someone could let me know if it had been fixed yet as I didn’t want to make the drive again just to turn around. Five phone calls with no answer so we took the gamble and turned up only to find the dog wash still out of order.When I spoke to a staff member they said they are too busy to answer the phone. Poor customer service Petbarn.

Very disappointing - dirty fish tanks, slim build up, in the fighting fish tanks, which should be cleaned. Lots of staff behind the checkouts but no assistance offered.
