I love everything about this studio! It's a place where everyone can feel welcome, whatever their fitness level/dance experience/body shape/age.Kate, the owner, is friendly and welcoming. All the staff I've met are really lovely and very committed to ensuring everyone is having a good time.The studio itself is beautiful: clean, light and open. And in a great location.I always come away from a class feeling like I've had fun as well as a great workout. FIVE STARS!

Glow Dance is my new happy place. There's nothing like leaving the stress of the day on the dance floor! Kate has created a wonderful, safe space to dance like no-one's watching. Great for your body, mind and soul.

We had the most wonderful experience at Glow Dance celebrating my daughter's fifth birthday party. The hosts Kate and Kate were amazing, bringing so much joy to the children through the silent disco dancing, using wireless headphones and dancing props. The magic in the room was beautiful, with lots of photos we will treasure. We chose the child catering options, which included lots of healthy options as well as treats. The space worked so well too, with the option for adults who preferred a little more quiet time to sit comfortably in the second room while the children danced. Of course, when some of the songs came on, everyone came in and it was a full dancing house! Thank you thank you Kate and Kate. We would give ten stars if we could and highly recommend. Can't wait to be back soon :)

Our 8 year old daughter loved her Silent disco party at Glow Dance. Kate made the party incredibly smooth. I would definitely recommend it to others in the neighbourhood looking to celebrate a child's birthday.

Glow Dance Studio in Fitzroy North creates a wonderful atmosphere for self-expression and joy. The owner Kate, has created a boutique facility to enhance creative dance experiences as well as other disciplines the guise of fun! The bespoke sprung dance floor and generous proportions make the classes so enjoyable with the upside of increase in fitness and decrease of stress being secondary to sense of community and inclusiveness for all ages that are found within the space. Glow Dance offers an amazing array of dance-inspired fitness classes, with none of the hang-ups you might get in a gym. The studio space is beautiful and the floor is built for purpose, so it feels great underfoot. The owner, Kate, has an infectious passion for dance-based fitness, and has built a timetable that caters for seasoned dancers and people taking to the dance floor for the very first time. Doing a class here is literally buying yourself a delightful present. And you deserve a present!

Had the best time dancing this week at Glow!On Monday I did the Groove class which was so good. I loved the freedom to dance and express yourself and the space is a delight to move in. The music was really good too.Then on Friday I brought my 3 boys and we did the family groove. So much laughter, air guitars and crazy dancing, the boys loved it. Such a nice way to finish the week. Will definitely be back.

Glow dance is the best place to dance, relax, have fun and meet amazing like-minded people.I love the variety of classes, all suitable for various levels of intensity and experience.My favs are zumba, swing and retro AF
