This estate has 1 playground and a very small walking track. It would be nice to be able to walk the dogs along the promised paths.

The location is excellent for the first home buyers in a newly build area. The price is competitive and reasonable. Although I could not finally purchase the land due to some family reason, however, it was in my top priority list. The sales persons are friendly and helpful. Specifically, Jayden is very resourceful and supportive. He cares about the clients.

Ashbury Estate is ideally located between Geelong and Torquay and next to the Armstrong Creek Town Centre. Awesome location to live in.The Sales Office (Sharee) was great in explaining the various development happening around the area and helping us secure a block.Even post-purchase and during the building process, I was able to reach out to Sharee and she was always responsive and helpful.Great customer service.

If I could mark the star lower for the people who run and deal with the customers I would. They were so rude, not even say back hello, no welcome and argue will the client, dismiss valid points and blame you for coming to office and making interest for buying the property.Asking for QR code registration and facemask, but preferred not entering the office , finalising a conversation in less than a minute and say good bye to you leave the office . Nothing but drama from them and no help!They don't care about customers, don't recommend at all.

Another new estate in Geelong. Pity their land sales office isn't really interested. Left my details with them over 12 months ago of what I was looking for in a block. Said they would get back to me. Never heard from them again, that was over 12 months ago.Villawood bent over backwards and gave me quite a few options that fitted my criteria. I subsequently purchased my land from Villawood.

The Ashbury community is awesome and friendly. Dennis Family kinda ignore this estate for its larger flagship ones, so you can kinda use that to your advantage if you're on a budget.
