Sable Pharmacy

I have been coming here for several years since moving to the area. Pharmacist Matthew and his team are GREAT! They remember their customers and take extra special care in so many ways. And the queues are consistently shorter than Chemist Warehouse. Plenty of parking around the corner and convenient to public transportation, too. They even helped me get my medication when I was away on a work trip (and had left it behind). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I would give the Sable Pharmacy - Coburg pharmacists a zero if I could. Have been purchasing insulin from them for over three and a half years as a member of the NDSS scheme (National Diabetes) scheme but even though I provide an original and official script for insulin, it is refused because it is missing the backing or second sheet?? This is the third time Ms Wong refuses to provide any customer service or recognise customer loyalty for the same ridiculous reason and though they are my local pharmacy, I would not recommend them because they are too pedantic and don't look after the customer. The fact that they have my history for over three years including my insulin scripts means nothing.Don't bother trying to complain to the manager Michael Wong because he is not interested as he will give you his name but not ask what the complaint is or if he can help. If another pharmacy being pharmacy B (close to work) fills in the first repeat of the script and the so called backing sheet is missing, its not my responsibility, as my local pharmacy should either call the other pharmacy (pharmacy B) or otherwise fill in the scripts based on my history as a patient with them but they should never refuse to provide any service at all. My advice is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Last week I was taken ill with covid and needed to send a taxi to the chemist close to closing.This lovely lady said she was closing and I said he will be there any minute.She stayed back for me so I could get my covid meds and I'm so grateful for that.Thanku beautiful lady Cherie

Thanks to the Sable Pharmacy team for going out of your way to direct me to Melbourne Pathology -- I was a walk-in and not even a paying customer. I had been walking around Coburg for more than an hour trying to find the pathology collection centre. Sable is recommended for the very customer-service oriented staff.

The place is not the same without the friendly Ed pharmist and Julie customer services

Poor service, I needed a CAM moon boot, they had no idea of these boots. I had to work it out myself what size and how to fit it correctly. They should have some knowledge of the products they sell.

I go here for NDSS supplies and they're very helpful.
